Clarity Before Commitment.

A renovation should not be a guessing game. Here is exactly how we start.

  • Many contractors offer quick quotes over the phone. I do not. A luxury finish requires precision, and phone estimates almost always lead to surprise costs later.

Instead, I visit your home to conduct a full technical assessment. This ensures your quote is accurate and your material choice is technically sound for your specific environment.

What I Assess During the Visit: I look beyond the square footage to identify variables that impact the longevity of your floor:

    • Subfloor Integrity: Checking for level, height differences, and condition.

    • Environmental Factors: Humidity levels and direct sunlight exposure (to prevent warping).

    • Obstacles & Logistics: Clearances for doors/baseboards, stairs, furniture, and appliances.

    • Existing Conditions: In-floor heating systems or old flooring that requires specialized removal.

The Outcome: Using laser measurements and digital layout tools, I will provide you with a detailed, itemized installation plan. You will know exactly what is required—no hidden fees, no "unforeseen" changes.

  • After our meeting, I will call to walk you through the quote and email a detailed copy.

    • Transparent Pricing: Line-by-line itemization so you know exactly what you are paying for.

    • Price Guarantee: Your quote is valid for 6 months (barring supplier changes), giving you time to make decisions without pressure.

  • Once you are ready to proceed, we coordinate the materials.

    • Acclimation is Key: Quality flooring is a natural product that must adjust to your home’s humidity and temperature. I will advise on the specific time requirement for your product to ensure a long-lasting installation.

    • Logistics: I can coordinate the delivery of local products to your home so there are no obstacles.

  • This is where the "Owner-Operator" difference matters most. You don't get a random crew; you get me.

    • The Kick-Off: I ask that you be present at the start of Day 1 to verify product selection and answer any final questions.

    • The Standard: I arrive on time, work efficiently, and maintain a clean job site throughout the project.

  • We do not call it "done" until you are satisfied.

    • Final Inspection: We walk the floor together to ensure every detail meets your expectations.

    • Handover: I will provide the manufacturer’s warranty and maintenance guides, and collect final payment.

  • After the project, I will email you a complete Warranty Package, including your specific Home Environment Report.

You can rest easy knowing your investment is protected and properly installed.
